You made it. Despite all of the mornings with the obstacles and the days filled with a million and one MOM TASKS, you were able to prioritize yourself at least once a day, which has paid dividends in your ability to be healthier, heal your core, and have MORE energy and efficiency for your family and your own self-actualization.

This final week puts a finishing "button" on our one year of training, but it doesn't mean you have to stop your Breathing Core Program.
