Week 6 introduces our Phase 2 Postpartum Breathography that elongates your Breath Cycle and quickens the ZipUp Activation. We will continue to work slowly and strategically, focusing on gentle, SHORT, Early Strength + Mobility routines as your mind and body adapts to the new Phase 2 Breathography Breath Cycle that you will continue to integrate into your strength, mobility, and cardio routines for the remainder of the one year program.
