Welcome to Week 49 Mama!
This is the beginning of your final 4 Week Cycle in Phase 6!
A combination of cognitive tasks and multi-modal exercise, prioritizing breath-work, is the perfect solution for the strongest postpartum Mama!
Last week, you had a bit of recovery with our mobility flows, and this week, we bring back our brain boosting Cognition Cardio routines.
In fact, as we dive into a new Strength Protocol for the week, we will also go back into a Cognition Cardio routines from Phases 4 and 5 where we only spend ONE day on each progression! Now that you have fortified your brain with these routines, we will now move much more quickly through them.
This will give you many post-workout BDNF windows to LEVEL UP with your visions, creative tasks, and high focus tasks.

Take advantage of your windows of opportunity Mama! We can Level Up every day...it just takes strategy and knowing when your windows of optimization are. Post-workout is a wonderful period to take advantage of those post-workout brain chemicals that are ignited with our multi-modal, motor cognitive exercise regime!
