WEEK 40

Congratulations Mama on making it to your final week of Phase 5!

You have so much to be proud of! From the improved hip mobility to the increases in your strength endurance you are setting the perfect stage to move onto the next phase of your program, which brings with it more challenges on the resistance as we work on strength and control.

As we wrap up Phase 5, Week 40 brings with it a deeper connection with your breath in the posture, strength, and cardio routines.
