WEEK 9

Congratulations Mama for making it to Week 9 of your One Year Program.

I am so happy to be coaching you through your program day by day, week by week, and month by month. It is the consistent practice of your Breathing Core in strength, mobility, and cardiovascular routines that is laying the foundation for the strongest core you have ever had.



This week begins a new Phase of your One Year program, in which you begin to add light resistance to your strength routines using your Band Squid kit. Looking forward to continuing to improve your endurance strength from the inside out using your Breathography, Ab-RIbbon, and now adding in resistance bands with the Band Squid!
