WEEK 43
Welcome to Week 43 Mama!
As you head into the third week of Phase 6, I know you are feeling those neuromuscular adaptations beginning that increase your muscle fiber utilization - this is a powerful feeling and exciting to know that we can send signals from our brain to our muscle to increase the percentage of the muscle fiber that we are working. Once again, focusing on GAINS not LOSSES is going to get your to your goals in a sustainable and fun way!
What are you focusing on every single day to achieve your goal? If you are focusing on weight LOSS, you are focusing on a LOSS, which certainly sets your brain up for negativity and rumination. Focus on the GAINS, such as strength, repetitions, posture, and you will not only GAIN in these areas, but you will GAIN in your other goals.
