WEEK 44

Welcome to week 44 Mama!

You brain is just as important as your body in this one year recovery program. With a healthier brain, you not only see the world in a more empowered light, but you also create bigger and better changes in your body through your mind's ability to create more powerful connections.

For example, did you know that visualizing a muscle contracting is enough to gain strength in a muscle? Of course, you need much more than this to have functional strength, but I am making the point that FOCUS and INTENTION push the moms into the SUPER MOM status.

It's amazing what you can do with focus, and I am thrilled to continue boosting your cognition with the cognition cardio routines and your visualization with the strength routines, and the posture with your daily posture and mobility work!
