How are you feeling after that first week of new strength? We are really taking action with our Band Squids!
We will repeat our strength protocol this week alongside new Cognition Cardio work both in our Cardio Chunks and full cardio routines.
Your brain adaptations are just as important to me as your body adaptations. One of the things that has always drawn me to include dance (or some level of short-term memorized patterns) into clients programs, is the attentional control improvements.
Not only is attention better within the training sessions, but also translates to improved attention outside the training sessions. This has been shown in a multitude of studies that attentional exercise within a training session can translate to improved attention outside the session in daily life.
Can't wait to work that attention, core, mobility, and total body strength in Week 42!
