During this time, you will learn to navigate your way around the HYPOXiX community, introduce yourself to the HYPOXiX community, take your CO2 Tolerance Test, and listen to and breathe with beautiful Nootromusic, which are original compositions that guide your Breath and calm your nervous system.
What is your Breathing Core? This is the core that you strengthen when you are controlling your breathing. Your Core is your Breath and your Breath is your Core. The combination of the breathing method, Breathography, and developing a connection to your Ab-Ribbon🎀 are going to help you to create the strongest Breathing Core you have ever had.
Because the muscles that are challenged during pregnancy and the birthing process are also your Breathing Core muscles, the Postpartum Breathing Core program helps you to both feel and strengthen your Breathing Core in every single movement. This is why Breathography underlies every single workout, whether strength, cardio, mobility, or core.
