WEEK 41

Welcome to Phase 6 Mama!

This phase is incredibly exciting because you have developed a solid foundation for moving forward with more resistance to get strong, toned, and feeling great.

We will reintegrate work with our deep squat after several weeks on hip mobility and continue work on our Breathography as we decrease the intensity of the breath, but increase the intensity of the strength work.
