Welcome to Week 48 Mama!
It all started with our ZipUp Activation and our Breathing Core. Remember those first days? Separating the components of the pelvic floor to connect with Breathography and your Ab-Ribbon?
And look at you now as you integrate your Breathing Core into every single session, whether it is 15 minutes cardio or 30 minutes of total body strength.
You are STRONG Mama, and we are going to finish off these final 5 weeks of our program leveling up those BRAIN + BODY GAINS! Keep it coming Mama..I will be eagerly awaiting your posts in our community! This coming week, you will add some recovery days with mobility flows in order to prep the nervous system for the final 4 week phase, where we bring back an oldie but good Cognition Cardio routine!
