WEEK 45

Welcome to week 45 Mama!

I cannot tell you how proud I am of you for making it here to this point! You are gaining strength like crazy and the brain adaptations I have been hearing about in the community!

Mama! So proud of you and can't wait to keep coaching you through the final Phase 6 of your program!

For this week, we will continue gaining flexibility in our inner thighs and deep squat, progress our strength with a new routine, and challenge our brains with a new Cognition Cardio routine Week 5 Skater!
