Mama! Do you feel that Breathing Core starting to give you energy and certainly pelvic support at this point in the program?
Here I am wearing my Ab-Ribbon and working on Breathography Breath Cycles with a walking routine after having Jojo. It's amazing how much the walking routines, which is our only cardio in the first 16 Weeks postpartum, improve the Breathing Core, posture, and also nervous system recovery. Can't wait to hear about your success!
