If you are currently pregnant use this course to learn Breathography then perform only the PRE-NATAL & POST-NATAL workouts on HYPOXiX.STUDIO, as breath-retentions are contraindicated while pregnant (to be HIGHLY conservative!)
The workouts prescribed in this 4-weeks of training is of moderate intensity, but the breath-work adds the unique layer of HIGH-intensity and causes all of the amazing adaptations in the testimonials. Welcome to a NEW version of high-intensity, low impact exercise!
