During this time, you will learn the breathing technique, Breathography, the foundation of the HYPOXiX Method. MOST of the training in the HYPOXiX method utilizes Breathography to achieve a higher level of core activation during exercise, which results in the strongest core you have ever had and prevents injury during exercise.
Follow this 8 Day Prep Period, the INAUGURAL WEEK, to be ready for your 8 WEEKS of HYPOXiX Workouts that start 5/29. (Do not worry if you fall a few days behind here and there, I know we are all busy, and we can support each other with questions as we get into it). Just know that the first 8 Days are the most intense in terms of information that you will learn.
Once the workouts begin on 5/29, you will only have the workout (just one video per week that you repeat 3x) and the data submissions. Simple! Please engage in our community with questions on each day (the more questions the better, please ask in Q & A as I check this forum daily to answer your questions :-)
