Breathography is now a research supported breathing technique, and I am incredibly excited that you are diving in to learn the technique to optimize the efficacy of your core workout!

In this Week's Class that you should repeat 3x over the course of the week at your convenience, we will begin to adding longer 6 Beat Breath Retentions at the conclusion of your 8 Second Engaged Exhalation in order to deepen the core strength and improve stress tolerance. For those of you who are not quite at that level to add the retentions, please move to nasal breathing during that period of time with your Ab-Ribbon loose. Remember, you can repeat this cycle from the beginning for the next 4 weeks to observe how much stronger you have gotten from combining Breathography with your HYPOXiX Core Program.
