Engaged Inhale

Learning the Engaged Inhale (Double Sniff Inhale), teaches you how to use your inhalation as a bracing mechanism, a tool for improving lung capacity, a stimulant to the autonomic nervous system, and a way to “interval train” your carbon dioxide levels.
