ENGAGED EXHALE

1. Use sounds on the exhale to increase the resistance on the abdominal and not get lost in your breath.

2. Move to the end of your exhale in order to get that stale air out of the base of your lungs and increase activity of the deep abdominals.

3. Keep the exhale long in order to calm the nervous system.
