One exercise only for your next warm-up
Breathing squats are the most unbelievable warm-up!
Firstly, a body weight squat is an extremely effective warm-up exercise because it activates and brings blood flow to all of the major muscle groups in your legs and hips.
When you add controlled breathing on top of it, now you are adding in the work of your deep core muscles, which helped to prevent injury in the workout. Also, balancing your nervous system at the beginning of the workout to be able to have higher quality movement through a relaxed frame of mind… All as a result of a good warm-up with controlled breathing!
