How about some footwork with the side of hypoxic breathing?

Join me in this exercise where you only need a couch and your breath… And a little bit of attention into what the pressure is doing under your foot.

Balance on your left foot, shift the weight to the outside of the foot as you hinge, and the inside of the foot as you come up

It’s amazing how much more you can fill your glute when you get specific with your foot work. You’re also strengthening your foot as you go through these movements.

It really turns on the glutes and gets the oxygen to where it needs to go for maximum benefit!
