Stuck in the middle back? Here’s your exercise.

It’s amazing how tiny adjustments in an exercise can make the biggest difference in what muscles you’re working and how you’re feeling them.

In this exercise, I am thinking about equally planting my sit bones down into the ground as I rotate.

You can even post a video of yourself going through this movement and I will provide feedback for free!

Exhale with intention as you loosen your Ab-Robbon on rotation

This is encouraging rotation to happen from my middle, not my Lower back.

By practicing this exercise, you were going to teach your spine to have more movement at the middle back and less movement at the lower back, which could help off lower back pain and injury.

Keep the weight equal under your sit bones, or each butt cheek!

Training your obliques to activate in this kind of rotational exercise helps to take the strain off of your back.

You can perform a forced exhale while loosening your average as you perform your slow rotations in this seated V mid thoracic rotation.

Have a beautiful Saturday!❤️ how good does it feel to have flexibility in your middle back?
