Lower Back Pain Be Gone!
What’s the psoas?
Here is a muscle that connects the spine to the leg bone (femur). It’s one of the biggest muscles in the body, and if it’s not strong, your hip and/or low back will pay the price!
Please click on this link to reply to this blog and start a conversation about your experience with this movement! I’m extremely active in the community, and this is your chance to get free coaching and personal training advice! You can even post a video of yourself going through this movement and I will provide feedback for free!

Push on your leg as you lean back without letting lower back move
In this exercise, I’m deeply exhaling, loosening the Ab-Ribbon, as I push on my leg…this is key for creating psoas activation.
Straighten your leg for an extra challenge
As you lean back, check in with your sit bones (the bones under each glute)…is your weight equal between the two? This is a reminder of your pelvic stability!
Enjoy your stronger abs, psoas, and posture 💛💛
