Make sure your Ab-Ribbon stays loose as you move like a jellyfish

1. Zipup activate your pelvic floor and set up your posture
2. Engages Inhale: tighten your Ab-Ribbon
3. Engaged Exhale: loosen Ab-Ribbon
4. Breath Retention: keep it loose as you GROW TALLER!

You can dance if you want to!💛

The amount of work that is required in the deep abdominals to accomplish the above tasks is 200% more effort for your abs than a crunch where you may or may not be thinking about being INTENTIONAL with your movement!
