Why do I connect to my Breathing Core and Ab-Ribbon in an exercise such as this?
Sit Way back in that hip, as long as the knee points a laser over the third tube
With my breath connected to more core, I’m more able to stabilize in my lower back, which effectively has me moving more from my hip joint…for many, the simple act of stabilizing the lower back will free up the hip to be able to move better!
