I put this on during a stroller walk today. It’s a great pace to walk to. My body needs some practice with sustaining the 2/8 breath. Took a lot of breaks. I find that I struggle with having enough breath for the 2ct loud shh. I am better at a 6ct exhale if I don’t switch methods. Interesting.
