My stomach really hurt before I started, and stopped hurting very early into the track. (Too much coffee this morning, and not enough water during the day.)
Once I stopped (5 minutes), my stomach started hurting again. I was sitting in a chair the entire time and exhaling through a straw. I wanted to exhale longer - I'm not sure if I fully emptied my lungs before it was time to inhale again.
Interested in trying this during my early morning light walk on a shhh.
I just got it set up after weeks of back and forth - but now i'ma ll set up with the app. I'll test tomorrow morning.

amazing!! its awesome to know that you can work your core only using your breath...sometimes that is the best way to begin after having a baby, so you aren't overstraining the abdominal tissue!
