Oooh love this! I feel very clear and ready to start my day. Calmed down my busy mind but invigorated my body in the best way. The music is very helpful!

Yes, Gabe Churray is the genius composer who worked with me to integrate the breath cycles with stunningly peaceful music. ENJOY! AJ

I loved this video — the audio and the visuals were both helpful cues. I followed the exhale instructions from the ebook but I’d love some more detailed guidance on how to do each of the 2-second exhale portions. Is that coming later and/or is there somewhere I could access that?

Dasha, we will learn how to do the inhale and the exhales over the coming weeks! starting tomorrow, we will connect slowly to the pelvic floor and start off really gentle for the first 14 days. on week 3, we will add in more specificity with the breathing method 😀

Able to complete 5 min of the video. Very relaxing. I found I wanted to inhale longer than was allowed.

I did 3 minutes before my baby woke up and I feel so much more calm. I hope to do at least 3 mins every morning!

I LOVE the 3 minute goal! It truly is amazing the effect on the nervous system of regulating the breathing with movement. Doing this in the morning sets your core, posture, and mood for the day 😀
