A little feedback thus far:
I have been diligent on doing each days video and doing my best to walk 10k a day (much easier to accomplish on days my husband is home). I listen to a nootromusic track and I am getting better at being able to get through 5-10 sets at the beginning of the walk. Not as easy towards the end!
Since starting this program I am already feeling stronger in my pelvic floor. I am able to feel the muscles working better. I saw my PF PT today and she agreed that I am getting stronger from 4wks ago. I haven’t done the diastasis measuring yet but I only have it around my belly button. She says it’s about finger and a half wide and fingernail depth.

This is INCREDIBLE feedback Melissa! Keep going and I do believe your Co2 tolerance and lung capacity are going to increase in strength as well...so happy for you!
