Foundation Training with HYPOXiX breathing

I have beed doing Foundation training because of lower back issues. I started enaging inhale and the 8 second exhale. I also do the 8 point plank with the engaged inhale, 8 second exhale, and belly pulses. The breathing has made a big diiference for me whne doing the exercises. I can feel my core being more ingaged with the all of the exercises. My lower back feels stronger along with my core.
