What is DIY and Premium?

DIY is a “Do It Yourself” service that supports you in testing your own body composition at the facility. Upon booking, you will be supplied with DIY instructions to perform your test without an assistant. The Premium service includes a HYPOXIX Technician guiding you through the process from beginning to end, helping you perform the measurements, and answering any questions that you may have along the way.

Booking 1 test is a great option for obtaining valuable feedback such as body composition [muscle mass + body-fat], visceral fat [the fat around your organs: metabolic rate] and your intra and extra-cellular hydration levels. These data points can be given to your doctor for health planning, your personal trainer for building your exercise plan, or used for your own personal tracking of your progress over time.

Consider booking a package of two or three tests to receive a discount and keep track of your progress overtime. It’s recommended to test once at least every six months, but testing six weeks apart can be advantageous for elite level tracking.
