AJ began her NYC life as a Broadway performer before diving into becoming a master level personal trainer with a graduate degree in exercise science and leading exercise science breath-work and hypoxic training research as a head author. Her love of hypoxic training was sparked when studying the positive effects of hypoxic training on areas such as muscles mass, fat-loss, and cognition during her graduate studies that led to a the publication of her Hypoxic Training capstone in the American Public University library. Many of AJ’s clients perform a significant percentage of their year’s training at “sea-level altitude”, experiencing outstanding results in strength, fat-loss, cognition, and performance. AJ uses her breathing method, Breathography, in combination with traditional HYPOXICO training equipment to achieve the ultimate mind-body experience in her private sessions and her uniquely designed classes.
AJ Fisher MSc, CSCS: founder HYPOXIX
AJ’s passion for hypoxic training has led to the creation of the HYPOXIX business that combines breath-work, hypoxic training, and uniquely tailored movement in conjunction with serving as a vehicle for the education of personal trainers who serve as HYPOXIX certified trainers.
AJ, as an inventor (Ab-Ribbon, Band Squid, HYPOXIX), celebrity personal trainer, performer, researcher, and entrepreneur, understands at a deep level what it takes to perform at a high level every day with CALM INTENSITY, whether on stage or leading a company. She uses her experience as a performer, coach, and entrepreneur to curate each client’s program to bolster the strength of mind and body necessary to perform the task at hand. AJ applies her knowledge of the endurance needed to perform at a high level consistently, uniquely tailoring each individual program based on the physical and mental heights required them.
